SharePoint: Search Center Results.aspx Parameters

I have been working in SharePoint Search center Results page. I have created a webpart to do a Search operation. Programmatically I have created the Link to the Search/Results.aspx with Parameters.

Here are some of the Parameters which can be used.

Multiple Scope in Results.aspx:

We can use the Multiple Scope as follows

Results.aspx?s=people,Site

Here people is one scope and Site is another scope.

Multiple MetaData in Results.aspx:

Like above we can call multiple metadata as follows.

Results.aspx?k=SharePoint&a=Title:Sample+Age:25

Here Title and Age are the Metadata Properties mapped in the SSP.

OR Operation

Results.aspx?k=SharePoint&a=Age:”25″+Age:”30″

Search and show only word documents in the Result

Results.aspx?k=SharePoint fileType:doc
